Chickpeas are traditionally considered the main component of oriental dishes - hummus and falafel. Cereals are used in many recipes: soups, pilaf, pates, cutlets and, among other things, baking. Chickpeas go well with vegetables such as tomatoes, garlic, fresh herbs and herbs. Cookies made from it immediately after cooking remain fragile and soft, but after a while, when they cool, they become brittle and tender.
